Product Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Workshop Refunds

• Cancellations made 72 hours before the workshop are refundable.
• Cancellations after 72 hours are non-refundable.
• If we cancel a workshop, you may choose a refund or move to a new date.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom or personalised craft projects
• Digital/downloadable content
• Gift cards
